Corey-Edstrom Presents New Bankruptcy Realities at AECRE Annual Meeting
April 19, 2012 Kenneth Corey-Edstrom will present on “New Bankruptcy Realities” at the Annual Meeting of the International Association of Attorneys and Executives in Corporate Real Estate ("AECRE") in New Orleans on April 19, 2012. The presentation concerns the results of changes in the bankruptcy laws in 2005, the impact those laws have had on commercial real estate bankruptcies, and the commercial real estate market.
