Practice Description
Dan is experienced in several facets of employment law, including litigation, transactional, and consulting. He represents management in discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment, trade secret, non-compete and other employment-related cases in state and federal court, and in transactional matters such as drafting employment agreements, employment handbooks and policies. Dan routinely consults with human resource professionals regarding every aspect of the employment relationship and acts as General Counsel for clients.
