Practice Description
Jon S. Swierzewski is a member of the Business Litigation Department and the franchise and distribution practice group at Larkin Hoffman. He concentrates his practice in the area of commercial litigation, with particular emphasis on franchise and distribution litigation, closely-held corporations and shareholder matters.

Mr. Swierzewski serves as general counsel and secretary to the firm. In addition, he is a member of the firm’s litigation steering committee. Mr. Swierzewski has served on the Professional Conduct Committee for both the Minnesota State and Hennepin County Bar Associations. He also served on the Governing Council of the Hennepin County Bar Association, and is a former member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee of the Minnesota State Bar Association. Mr. Swierzewski has served as an arbitrator in the Hennepin County District Court Arbitration program. He is a frequent lecturer to various professional groups on the subjects of ethics and litigation.
