Breach of Fiduciary Duty

When one member of a limited liability company needed representation against another joint member related to the purchase and development of a parcel commercial property, the first member contacted Larkin Hoffman. The other member filed bankruptcy. The Larkin Hoffman team, led by Tamara O’Neill Moreland with help from Kenneth Corey-Edstrom, obtained summary judgment on the client’s claim for breach of fiduciary duty in the Bankruptcy Court resulting in a judgment in excess of $275,000.
