Court Issues Decision Favorable to Tenant

Facing eviction, a tenant retained Larkin Hoffman attorney Julie Nagorski for representation. Ms. Nagorski presented evidence and arguments showing that the landlord improperly attempted to raise the rent and that the landlord could not evict the tenant on the basis of other claims, which were not included in the eviction complaint and did not amount to material breaches of the lease.
