April 22, 2010

On January 21, 2010, the U.S. Supreme Court issued a ruling that has far reaching ramifications for corporations and other business entities in Minnesota. Under Citizens United v. FEC, the U.S. Supreme Court issued a ruling that gives Minnesota corporations an opportunity to more actively participate in the political process by supporting candidates through indirect expenditures.

On April 22, 2010, Greg Korstad clarified what the ruling means to business owners or executive, what activities are allowed, and strategies organizations can pursue in light of the ruling.

In addition, the discussion featured an opportunity to interact with a peer group of businesses owners and c-level executives.
