Four Larkin Hoffman Franchise Attorneys to Participate in the 43rd Annual IFA Legal Symposium
May 17, 2010 Jim Susag will be moderating a presentation entitled "The Importance of Enforcing Post-Termination Rights in a Down Economy," on May 17th and 18th. Cynthia Klaus will be moderating a presentation entitled, "The Upsides and Downsides of Litigation" on May 18th, and Pam Merkle will be moderating a presentation entitled, "Subfranchisor Disclosure Requirements," which is also scheduled on May 18th. Chuck Modell is a member of the 2010 Legal Symposium Task Force.
