June 15, 2009 Fittante Nominated for ABA Forum on Franchising Governing Committee June 15, 2009 The ABA Forum on Franchising Nominating Committee has nominated Joe Fittante, franchise attorney, for a position on the Governing Committee. The three year term would commence in August 2010. Forum members will vote on nominations during the annual business meeting on October 16, 2009 in Toronto, Canada.
