Perrus Given Two Circle of Excellence Green Volunteer Awards by USGBC Minnesota Chapter
July 20, 2010 Julie Perrus was honored on July 20, 2010 by the US Green Building Council Minnesota Chapter for her outstanding service to the organization. Perrus was presented with two Circle of Excellence Green Volunteer Awards: the first, in recognition of her service as Co-Chair of the Greening the Heartland Conference, a three-day conference that drew professionals from across the Midwest to the Minneapolis Convention Center in May; the second, for her leadership in organizing the First Annual Day at the Capitol, while serving as Chair of the Chapter Advocacy Committee. Perrus was also awarded a Circle of Excellence Green Volunteer Award in 2009.
