Korstad Presents CLE Webcast on Advanced Environmental Law
October 27, 2011 On October 27, 2011 Greg Korstad presented a continuing education webcast broadcast nationally by National Business Institute: “Advanced Environmental Law 2011.” In this webcast Greg presented an update on new program changes at the U. S. Environmental Protection Agency in Brownfields developments and highlighted new programs for funding further investigation of previously un-remediated contaminated sites. These programs will aid both private developers and government project sponsors. Greg also presented an analysis of the ethical considerations arising for lawyers who are dealing directly with government regulators rather than through their lawyers.
