I-494 Improvement Project Updates

The streets around and to Larkin Hoffman offices have been affected by the I-494 Improvement Project. Because changes are made to traffic routes frequently, please visit the State of Minnesota website for up-to-date information on the status of this project. From the East (use these directions if coming from the Airport):

  • Take I-494 West.
  • Exit at France Avenue.
  • Turn left on France Ave S and follow it to American Boulevard.
  • Turn left on American Boulevard, follow it to the second stoplight and turn left.  Wells Fargo Plaza is a tall white building with a black circular top. Larkin Hoffman occupies floors 14-17, with the main reception desk on the 15th floor.

From the West:

  • Take I-494 East.
  • Exit right on ramp for France Avenue.
  • Turn right on France Ave S and immediately get in the left lane.
  • Turn left on American Boulevard, follow it to the second stoplight and turn left.
  • Wells Fargo Plaza is a tall white building with a black circular top. Larkin Hoffman occupies floors 14-17, with the main reception desk on the 15th floor.
From the North:
  • Follow I-35W South to I-494 West.
  • Take I-494 West to the France Avenue Exit.
  • Turn left on France Ave S and follow it to American Boulevard.
  • Turn left on American Boulevard, follow it to the second stoplight and turn left.
