Practice Description
David specializes in business law, telecommunications and information technology, corporate and Board governance, and serving as general counsel on behalf of clients. Prior to joining Larkin Hoffman, David served as general counsel and international counsel with several Fortune 500 corporations, and held senior government positions with the State of Minnesota and the Metropolitan Council of the Twin Cities. While a senior State government official and member of the Governor’s Cabinet, David framed a number of innovative initiatives for Governor Jesse Ventura. David uses his extensive experience in law, business and government to counsel clients on innovative and cost-effective strategies to minimize legal risk and maximize business results.
