Practice Overview

Andrew F. Perrin is a member of Larkin Hoffman’s franchise and distribution practice group and the corporate law practice group. He is a member of the American Bar Association’s Forum on Franchising and the International Franchise Association’s (IFA) Legal/Legislative Committee and Franchise Relations Committee. Andrew is the current chair of the Minnesota Franchise Business Network Group. He is a past member of the board of directors of the IFA, and is former chair of the IFA’s Supplier Board. Andrew has been selected as a leader in the field of franchise law by The International Who’s Who of Franchise Lawyers.
