Practice Overview

David F. Fisher focuses his practice on business law, business organization, corporate and board governance, and serving as general counsel on behalf of clients. He advises executives, boards of directors, board committees and individual directors and officers of for-profit and nonprofit organizations. He advises on domestic and international governance, risk assessment, legal compliance, internal investigations, and the legal implications of business strategies and decisions. Previously, David served as general counsel, international business counsel and business executive with several Fortune 500 corporations and held senior government positions with the State of Minnesota and the Metropolitan Council of the Twin Cities.
