Glenna L. Gilbert advises clients on patent infringement litigation, trademark disputes, and complex commercial litigation. Throughout her 10 years of practice, Glenna has successfully represented both plaintiffs and defendants, including practicing and non-practicing entities.  Her clients include companies in a broad range of industries ranging from computer hardware and software to business methods, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, health care products and services, roofing equipment, agricultural equipment, and consumer goods.
