Practice Overview

J. Patrick Plunkett has worked to address the legal needs of individuals, privately-held businesses, and nonprofit organizations for more than 40 years. He advises individuals in the areas of estate and tax planning, wills and trusts, probate, powers of attorney and pre-nuptial agreements. Pat represents privately held businesses in a broad range of matters, including business formation, mergers and acquisitions and customer contracts. His work with nonprofits includes advising organizations on board policies and procedures, charitable contributions and corporate sponsorships.
