Practice Overview

J. Patrick Plunkett has worked to address the legal needs of individuals, privately-held businesses, and nonprofit organizations since 1973. He advises individuals in the areas of estate and tax planning, wills and trusts, probate and powers of attorney. Pat represents privately-held businesses in a broad range of matters, including business formation, mergers and acquisitions, and negotiation/review of contracts. His work with nonprofits includes advising organizations on board policies and procedures, charitable contributions and corporate sponsorships, and regulatory compliance.
