Practice Overview

Lauris A. Heyerdahl is a seasoned litigator who represents clients in product liability, personal injury, and construction disputes, as well as patent and insurance coverage matters.  He also advises clients in the drafting of product instructions and labels that comply with various national and international standards including ANSI, ISO, CPSC, and various European Union mandates and directives.

Lauris handles matters in state and federal jurisdictions across the country. Although he has vast trial experience, he proactively advises clients on ways to avoid litigation, including creative and enforceable insuring programs and early identification and resolution of potential claims.
