Mark R. Geier is the chair of the Corporate Law practice at Larkin Hoffman and serves as outside general counsel to many privately held companies in Minnesota and Wisconsin. With more than 30 years of experience, he is a sought-after attorney for regional manufacturers – from closely held corporations that manufacture precision components for implantable medical devices to heavy equipment manufacturers. His experience also extends to other industries and disciplines, including construction materials, office equipment, packaging, printing, travel, processing and distribution.
