Patrick J. Cole represents businesses in matters including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, real estate development, joint ventures, complex business transactions, compensation arrangements, and compliance matters. He also provides guidance in every aspect of health care, including transactions, regulatory compliance, Stark and anti-kickback issues, and Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement.

  • Counsel for surviving entity in corporate merger with transaction value in excess of $82 million.
  • Represented multi-state engineering and surveying firm in acquisitions throughout the United States.
  • Counsel for buyers and sellers of companies with transaction values ranging from $100,000 to more than $250 million.
