National Labor Relations Board Requires Private Sector Employers Display Poster

For the first time in its 75-year history, the National Labor Relations Board has decided that nearly every private sector employer in the United States should display a poster informing employees of their rights under the National Labor Relations Act.  .
 
 

Deadline for Filing 2011 EEO-1 Survey is September 30, 2011

The Employer Information Report EEO-1, also known as the EEO-1 Report, is required to be filed with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s (“EEOC’s”) EEO-1 Joint Reporting Committee by September 30, 2011.
