Coyle Comments on Wetlands Decision in Star Tribune

Larkin Hoffman Real Estate, Land Use and Government Relations attorney Peter Coyle was recently quoted in the Star Tribune article “High Court’s Blow to Wetlands Laws Could Boomerang, Critics Warn.” In the article, Coyle offered his analysis of the June 25, 2013 Supreme Court decision in Koontz v. St. Johns River Water Management Dist., which expanded the circumstances under which the government may be liable for overreaching in making demands from a property owner as conditions for a permit approval. Coyle also commented on the challenges facing property owners in the permit approval process.
