Fittante Plans Annual Forum on Franchising
Each October, members of the American Bar Association Forum on Franchising gather together for the Annual Forum, which offers practical and educational programs, as well as networking opportunities within the franchising community. Larkin Hoffman’s Joseph Fittante is the program co-chair for the 31st Annual Forum entitled “Deep in the Heart of Franchising,” that was held in Austin, Texas on October 15-17 2008.
This year’s Annual Forum presented a mix of first-rate practical, educational and entertaining programs offering something for everyone, including in-house and outside counsel, counsel to franchisors and franchisees, litigators and transactional lawyers, international practitioners, and those both experienced or new to franchise law. In the evenings, attendees enjoyed some of Austin’s live music and unique venues. A community service event was also included as part of the Annual Forum experience.
In addition, Larkin Hoffman’s Charles Modell presented an educational program entitled “Anatomy of the Sale of a Brand.” For more information on the 31st Annual Forum click here or contact Joseph Fittante, 952-896-3256, firstname.lastname@example.org.
