Charles Modell, chair of Larkin Hoffman's Franchise practice group and a governing committee member of the Forum on Franchising, will present at a featured lunch/breakfast program with Steve Toporoff, the Federal Trade Commission's principal attorney charged with enforcement of the FTC's Franchise Rule, on "Advanced Topics Under the Proposed FTC Rule." This workshop will review significant changes proposed under the new FTC Franchise Rule.
