Larkin Hoffman Introduces New Shareholders

Larkin Hoffman is pleased to announce that Tim Rye, Henry Pfutzenreuter, John Kvinge and Andrew Moran have been elected as shareholders of the firm.

Timothy Rye is a litigator who advises clients on real estate valuation and property tax appeals. He represents a broad range of clients, including real estate investors, owners, developers, property and asset managers, corporations, and individuals with real estate holdings.  Tim was named a 2018 Rising Star by Super Lawyers.  Super Lawyers annually rates outstanding lawyers in many practice areas based on peer recognition and professional achievement.

Henry Pfutzenreuter advises clients in litigation, with a focus on franchise and distribution, employment and commercial disputes. Henry approaches disputes with a balance of pragmatism and zeal that maximizes his clients’ business objectives and minimizes the burden of litigation. Henry was also named a 2016, 2017 and 2018 Rising Star by Super Lawyers. 

John Kvinge represents clients facing complex matters including contractual disputes; closely-held company buyout litigation; trade secret, copyright and other intellectual property matters; employment discrimination defense; medical and professional licensing board inquiries; and premises liability and personal injury defense. John delivers efficient and effective representation in the midst of challenging, multifaceted litigation.

Andrew Moran represents and advises businesses in commercial litigation and employment law matters. He has litigated cases in state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration. Andrew focuses on the defense of employment-related disputes, as well as counseling both businesses and individuals on disputes over non-competition and non-solicitation agreements, confidential information, trade secret disputes, and a variety of contract and tort-related disputes. He also counsels clients on a broad range of labor and employment law matters. Andrew was named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers in 2016, 2017 and 2018 and has also been recognized as a North Star Lawyer by the Minnesota State Bar Association.
