Larkin Hoffman Launches the Travel Technology Newsletter
Larkin Hoffman is pleased to announce the launch of its newest publication, the Travel Technology Newsletter. The newsletter will feature insights on the technologies that power the travel industry and on leisure and group bookings from attorneys with substantial expertise in the travel and hospitality field, including in-house counsel from leaders in the industry. Topics covered will include online booking systems, online search services, global distribution systems, property management systems, central reservation systems, revenue management systems and other technologies and services unique to the travel industry, with an emphasis on legal and contracting concerns unique to those particular systems and services.
“Travel industry news is increasingly well-covered, perhaps too well covered given the volume of news and the limited time available to find critical and useful information,” noted Hospitality Group Chair, Mark A. Robertson. “The Travel Technology Newsletter will offer succinct highlights and practice tips regarding travel developments and trends from the legal viewpoint based on experience contracting with travel service providers.”
Mark Robertson has more than 20 years of experience advising clients in the hospitality industry. He represents clients in matters related to information technology, information services, intellectual property, eCommerce, procurement and outsourcing law.
